Notice
It is hereby informed that the process of SLA Renewal for makes and models
approved by
the SLTC through offline mode is being transitioned completely to the online
system
through the OFMRDC Portal (https://ofmrdc.odisha.gov.in). With effect from
01.08.2026,
no offline applications shall be accepted for SLA Renewal under any
circumstances.
Guidelines for submission of requisite documents and execution of
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the manufacturer and
the Development Engineer (DE) shall be processed as per the following
procedure:
During online application, a copy of the agreement drafted on plain
paper, duly signed by the Manufacturer, shall be uploaded on the OFMRDC
portal.
The specimen or model copy of agreement is enclosed for adoption by the
manufacturer.
The original agreement on non-judicial stamp paper, will be signed in
the O/o the OFMRDC by the manufacturer/authorized representative and
DE/EE/AEE in presence of witness.
The authorized representative as well as the witness shall produce their
ID proof during signing of the agreement.
The manufacturers are requested to apply their make and models relating to
Electric/Electronic Tractor and other implements in the next SLTC with all
documents including CTR.
